Beni Ben Muvchar, head of the Mevo’ot HaHermon Regional Council, reported to Ynet that an Iron Dome interceptor likely landed in the center’s indoor pool, causing significant devastation but no casualties.

    “This was my life’s project, which I worked for years to establish and bring these important services to the area,” Muvchar explained. He described the wreckage with broken windows and heavy damage but expressed relief at having narrowly avoided physical harm just minutes before the sirens sounded.
